From a young age, I have had an inherent belief in natural medicine. As an adult, I discovered kinesiology through an amazing healing after several years of chronic eczema. Later, I experienced a remarkable recovery from a serious car accident - I returned to physical exercise within two weeks! Convinced of the incredible power of this wonderful therapy, I took professional qualifications in kinesiology and, later, Bach Flower Remedies.

I am adept in compassionately understanding my clients personal needs as I took a post-graduate training course in psychotherapy at the highly respected Spectrum Centre for Humanistic Psychology in London.

My practice is supervised and I follow a Code of Ethics which means you can trust that I will be helpful and professional at all times. I am committed to deepening my knowledge through continually updating my learning.
